The National Toner Warehouse warrants each laser cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. NTW's cartridges are manufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). NTW will replace any of its laser printer cartridges found to be defective. NTW also warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in an NTW cartridge causes a printer to fail, NTW will reimburse the customer the full amount for all service and repair of the printer.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in one of our laser cartridges, including a written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field sales or service representative. The product that caused the damage must also be returned. NTW's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The tampering of any NTW laser cartridge by any persons other than an NTW representative voids all warranties and releases NTW's liability as stated above. All returns must be returned in the original packaging with protection. Any return without proper packaging will not receive credit. |
